This GDPR Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. It explains your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and how we comply with these requirements.

1.1 Advertising and Consent
Some of our games display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob and Unity Ads. Where required by law, we collect your consent before serving personalized advertisements, and you may withdraw your consent at any time.
- You can withdraw consent or opt out of personalized ads through the in-app privacy or settings menu where available.
- You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization through your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

4. International Data Transfers
Visionary Tech Studios is based in Lusaka, Zambia. When you use our Services from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, your data may be transferred to and processed in Zambia. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure your data is protected in accordance with GDPR requirements.
5. Data Protection Officer
As a small independent game studio, we are not currently required to appoint a formal Data Protection Officer under GDPR. However, privacy inquiries can be directed to contact@vteofficial.com and will be addressed promptly.
6. Complaints
If you believe our processing of your personal data violates GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.
